Safe Connect/Troubleshooting/Authentication

If you are having problems authenticating, make sure you are using the correct login credientails: your e-Campus username and mail.uri.edu password.
- If you do not know your e-Campus username, please see URI e-Campus Forgot My User ID.
- If you are unsure of your password, try the default password, which is your birthday in MMDDYYYY format. If the default password works, you should immediately change it to something more secure.
- If you are still having trouble, call the Help Desk (874-HELP). If you do not have an e-Campus username, you can request a Guest Access Account.
